As long as the weight is correct, can a synthetic oil be used in a mower and snow blower engine?

I have cases of Rotella T6 diesel diesel oil. 10W-30

My Mower is a Honda, my blower is a 13 HP Tecumseh

On many forums the subject of oils seems to get beat to death, with many different opinions.

As to your question, sure, using proper grade. I would use it up..

As long as it is the correct weight oil for the engine, which can be several grades of oil you will be fine. Just remember that the use of synthetic oil doesn't extend the oil change interval.

Your blower with the Tecumseh should have 5W-30.

I have never seen T6 in 10w30. Is that oil from Canada?

I run Rotella T-6 5w-40 synthetic in everything. Tractor, push mower, zero turn, motorcycle, atv, generators, walk behind tiller, ETC.
They all get the same oil.
