Swapping a 26 Kohler engine in my Walker

The motor I swapped looks exactly the same as the other except the wiring harness to the CPU. Mine has a 16 pin and the new one has only 12 pin. What do I do?

They are both Kohler?

What if you call Kohler and ask them for help?
