Hi everyone. I have a 1996 MTD yard machine that has a stuck parking brake,I think. I had it on a jack and one tire moves one way and the other tire moves the other way. the little parking brake lever is completly gone and I cant seem to find where it was attached to. If there's any bolt or something I can take off to disengage the whole parking brake system, that would also be great. can someone please help?
