Stihl fs 45 String Trimmer starts and Idles fine but when I pull the Trigger it accelerates then slows down.
Changed Fuel Filter, Sparkplug, Fuel, Adjusted Carb.
Nothing helped, would appreciate any suggestions.

The carburetor needs rebuilt. Unfortunately the Zama repair kits are only available from Stihl per Zama and if your Stihl dealers are like the ones around here they can't or won't order the kits instead insisting on you ordering a replacement carburetor.

Take out the spark arrestor and clean it with a propane torch.

Remove Zama carburetor, take apart, clean, replace metering diaphragm, install. I have a 90-95% success rate after doing this with two stroke carburetors.
