Hello guys i want to share with you how i made a prototype of the quieter backpack blower in the world. The idea is to remove the chambers inside the stock muffler and build a tunnel with drilled pipe and fiberglass around to low the decibel. it worked pretty good. now it sound much more quiet and smooth. On idle you can barely hear the engine. I ll post mode pictures later about the custom tailpipe and the muffler welded back and done.
The necessity is to have a blower that can be used in areas of my city where people complain a lot about the noise.
The sperimental engine i use for the tests on the table, I had to build a flywheel to compensate the dead points and run smooth even without the fan.
