Husqvarna GT48xls. After replacing rims (they keep getting scored in a circle till they break entirely). Even after replacing new rims with bearings, Front wheels keep flying off. I replaced both spindles November, 2019, at 180 hours. The machine is now at 465 hours. Also could this be related to worn steering parts? There is almost 1/2” play in the steering wheel. Don’t know why.

Most likely you are missing washers, This allows the rims to rub. Also you must be using the stronger clips.

If you are using clips like these (E clips):

They need to changed to these (Poodle Rings):

The old style would simply not hold as well and easily installed loose.
