steering adjustment

Hey guys I have a 52 scagg super z and the right lever needs to be adjusted bad! It wont turn to the right backwards or forward!
Can someone tell me the procedures to adjusting them? Thanks pappywith4

I'm not a SCAG mechanic, but, it doesn't sound like a lever adjustment problem. If your right lever was the problem, the machine would not be able to turn left and vice versa. It sounds like one of your pumps is not working right for some reason or other. I would suspect the release that lets it free wheel so you can push it.
