Not aluminum. I need to replace the intake pushrod on a B&G engine. The part # is 692003. Does anybody have a source for a metal one? Thanks Joe

I'll check in the morning when I get to shop to see the exhaust push rod is the same length. Computer say two of each in stock but I pretty sure the 692011 is the same length.

Well my eyes were off a little...

Intake 692003 is 9.392"
Exhaust 692011 is 9.440"

So basically the steel one is about .050" longer or at the ones I got are.

What did the aluminum one do wear in two at the plastic guide? If so the guide plate may be slightly out of alignment.

The steel one will work just fine. Not sure why they use aluminum.

Aluminum expands faster than steel; hence the two different rocker settings.

Have replaced the aluminum with steel a lot of times with no problems.
