Starting Problems for LB 10324

I am a newbie here, but wanted to know if there is anything I can do to get my LB 10324 to start consistently. I pull it out of the garage in the morning to attempt to start and loose my religion in doing so. However, after about 2 hours in the sun, it will start right up. Is this just a quirky LB thing that we all love and I have to live with or is there anything I can do. Also, can someone tell me the part number for a fuel shut-off valve. Thanks.

You'll have to get a standard in-line shutoff. Take the carb off, disassemble it, clean it out real good, and put a new needle & seat kit in it. There's a small metal plate with 4 bolts under the deck. It's my experience with the duraforce motors that they'll have raw fuel pooled in that area. Remove that plate and let it drain out. Clean the carbon from that area while you're at it. Enjoy your mower :)
