Starting Issues Any Ideas?

I have a snapper with a Briggs and Stratton 6.75 HP mower. I am having starting issues. It does not seem to want to fire up. I bought a new spark plug today. I also removed the carb bowl And dumped out the fuel. Looked cleaned. Reinstalled fire right up no issues. Thought it was fixed. I mowed front lawn. Then refired up amd no issues. Shut it off again to dump bag. Then refired right up. Mowed some more. Shut down to empty bag. Now it won't refire. Any ideas? I also have had hard start issues in the past month or so.

Re-clean the carb and also check the kill switch.

I am assuming you mean the kill switch is the handle???? I recleaned carb. Fire right up. Ran for 10 min. Shut it off. Tried to restart and did not start......

Thank you. It appears that is not tripped. Since it fires up each time I clean the carb, do you think the carb is bad or what else?

If it runs after you have clean the carb, then it looks like fuel, clean out the carb again and this time the fuel tank and lines.

What's the best way to clean the fuel tank and the fuel line?

Take it off and flash it out making sure that there is no dirt in it.
