I have a 42 " craftsman lawn mower and repaired the positive brush connection. After the repair the starter turned in the wrong direction. The negative brushes go to the casing and ground and the positive brushes go to the solenoid. If you reverse the polarity positive to the casing and negative to the solenoid terminal it goes in the correct direction. Does anybody know how to change the starter so it goes in the reverse direction?
