Starter Clutch

I have a MTD front tine tiller Model # 211-406-118

driven by a B&S 5HP engine.

The tiller parts list does not list the engine or the starter clutch (of the engine).

I need the part number of the B&S starter clutch since the old one fell apart and the ball bearings were lost.

ebay has several used ones which would be ok and they cite part # 399671 for a 5HP B&S engine.

Is that correct? Or is there another P?N?

Thanks, Would you know what the number is for the screen? Thought originally it came with the clutch, but now I think it's a different number.
