Hello all,
Opened by lawn maintenance business back in June.
Have roughly 35 clients on the books so far. Concentrating mainly on Residential due to the lack of a trailer and riding mower.
Currently own and operate a Toro TimeMaster with Ryobi trimmer, edger, and hedge trimmer equipment.
Always looking for helpful hints and ideas as I venture deeper into this new occupation of mine after 29 years in the Military.

Hadn't realized how competitive this industry could be.
I'm barely keeping my head above water right now but I refuse to give up.

You will have some rough going for some time, do more then the next guy, do good work, be professional and advertise that you are a vet, join more forums like this one. Do you do any other work, like pool work, parking lot stripping, power washing, etc? You have the right attitude and drive, just keep going and I think you should be OK.
