First, please check that you have the correct model number posted for your mower. I can’t find a 11C-J10G683 model. Second, may I ask what springs you think you are missing? Is it mower or engine? Third, if it is engine, please post engine numbers or a picture of the QR code box on the engine. You must realize that we aren’t standing next to you to see what you are talking about.
Engine is a 09T502-2037-B1 per serial number given.

Thanks for your reply. I'll have a look and upload some pictures. The spring are off the plastic carburettor and a control lever close to the inlet port. There should be three small springs but I can't find anything anywhere regarding parts

Having trouble posting picture atm . The springs are linked to the carb' 2 for the throttle and 1 for the ignition advance level also linked to the carb'
Is there a online parts catalogue so I can see if I can get the arrangement correct.
Thanks
