I don't feel my mower is running at top speed...... I looked at the linkage on the tranny and looks like it could go about a inch further. Would this increase my speed? Is there any reason not to adjust the linkage so it bottoms out when the sticks are all the way forward?

It is set up for forward reverse and neutral if you change it it will cause lots of things to change. Like not being able to start your mower.
Ok. The reason it is slow is because it is pulling to the left. I have to cheat the right stick back which slowed it down considerably !! I called my dealer and he said he would fix it but he is hour away and I don't have a trailer.
