We're thinking about putting down an above ground soaker hose, but I just realized [remembered] that we have a weed barrier under the mulch. What can we do about this?

Stanley,I would think the water would pass through the weed barrier just fine.bury the soaker hose in the mulch. russ
I have weed barrier down as well and my soaker hose penetrates through the membrane and waters the flowers completely fine. I buried mine down a bit so it looks better.
