I was not used to this mower and messed it up first time out.

This is the short version:

I hit the side of neighbors concrete driveway with deck. This cracked the deck and I don't know if I can have it welded or if I need to hunt for another? See pic

Second there was a black puff of smoke that I think was a belt burning. Should I just replace it?

Lastly, there looks to be an excess of the snapper grease inside the wheel on the rear drivers side tire.

What would you do to fix this mower and what do I need to check in addition?

My guess outside of the deck would be a new ninja blade, boot for rearend and more grease? Thanks

I HATE this machine when it comes into the shop - they shake them selfs apart and are leakers like an old Harley . Deck welding is hard to do because the metal is so thin . Do your best .

I will give it a shot but the deck is out of round. Have any ideas on that. I need like a huge vice.

Thanks for your reply!
