snapper z1402k zero turn won't start

My Snapper sat over winter and I am now trying to use it. When I turned the key, I was getting a clicking sound, but the engine would not turn over. Now, I'm not getting the clicking sound. I have replaced the battery. I have also replaced the solenoid. Still nothing. All the wires seem to be connected correctly. Am wondering if the switch is bad, or perhaps the starter. Any way to test the starter?
