Repairs Snapper Yard cruiser manual lever to disengage hydro cable broken

Is there anyones advise on "HOW_TO" change out a 'frozen cable', it connects to the manual lever behind the seat that puts the 'transmission' in nutrel. Thanks

I would also like to replace the~ left cable~ from the joystick to the left side hydro. ANY how-to ADVISE? THANKS~~.

i have the fenders off and the deck off and have it 'standing -up'~~~WHAT"S NEXT to replace said cables? i donot see where they or how to get to them??
