i have a 214x1-pr snapper with a Wisconsin and just bought a 214x2-pr today it has a 4hp wisconsin and blade clutch whats the best oil to use in these old Wisconsin engines any input would be appreciated iv been using sae 30 oil im fairly new to these old Wisconsin engines my other mower i just bought last month

You don't tell us the model number of the Wisconsin engine so I'l say SAE 30 unless it is a newer OHV engine.

Page 71 of this manual give a breakdown of what oil to use in Robin engines. It's not the service manual for you engine, but the type of oil used in the smaller Robin engines does not change.
