i recently acquired a snapper rer lawnmower. the problem is it wont move when put in gear. I have stood it up on rear and rolled tires an one rolls but the other doesn't. BUT if I jiggle it around a bit then one will roll one way and the other will roll the opposite way. I set it back down an start an put in gear an nothing. any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
