Snapper NXT vibration problem

Brand new Snapper NXT less than two months old suddenly has started having major vibration problems when engaging the blades. Blades disengaged it runs smooth as silk. I had the dealer come out and pick it up today. Anybody else encounter this?

Did you or anybody else hit anything with the blade? A bent blade could cause the vibration you are describing.
