Snapper issue

I have a Snapper model RE130-33 with a 13.5 HP Briggs that dies when I engage the clutch or the blade. I've been over it and it starts and runs well, but when I let the clutch out or engage the mower it dies. I know it must have to do with the safety kill but I took that off and checked it and it meters fine. Any Ideas?

What you are seeing normally related to the seat safety switch. May not be the switch but could be something with the wiring, or maybe a relay if your mower has those.
