Snapper 145382BVE Zero

I have a Snapper 145382BVE rear engine zero turn. Runs great, when you push the joystick forward/side to side/reverse mower will not move. Any idea what it may be? (i'm thinking clutch)

Rear axle is fluid driven but gets its power from a belt off the engine pulley . Make sure your hydro switch did not get pulled out- making you roll in disabled neutral or your belt didn't fall off .
