cub cadet sltx 1054 needs new motor

I need a new kohler sv 735 engine for my cub cadet sltx 1054 mower. The number on my engine is a ps sv 735 3002. My question is would any other ps sv 735 work without any modifications or do I have to have a 3002 designated engine?
