2007 SLT 1554 only 450 hours. Have had issues for a few years seems to lose power cutting grass on an uphill grade, I have replaced the spark plugs, fuel and air filters, fuel pump, carburetor nothing seems to help really. Not much more it could be any suggestions. Tractor is in pristine condition and maintained the same way. It doesn't die just you can feel the loss of power on grades significantly.

Thanks a lot for the recommendationsIf the engine runs fine, but can’t go uphill, the first thing I would be checking and replacing is the drive belt. Plus check all the pulleys and tensioner arm, making sure they are good and moving freely.
Do what Rivets said first, then with the age of the machine, have you checked the fuel feed? I see you said replacing carb and pump, what about fuel lines? They could be breaking down on the inside, and there could be crud in the tank that builds up on the pickup as it runs. If you do dig into fuel system, drain from tank into a jar and let it sit to check for water. If it doesn't drain freely, blow compressed air back into the tank, cap off. Then try again. If it flows better, clean the tank. I'm like a broken record, I tell everyone this, but it's sure helped a bunch of machines for me. It doesn't cost much either.
