I have an odd one. I have a Simplicity Zero turn Mower. When I am mowing and try to go up hill it acts like the engine is bogging down and loses power. If I reverse the problem goes away. Also, recently it does it even with the blades not engaged. Oil and Hydro fluid is fine. Also, if I press on, then the exhaust smells horrible. have it serviced every spring (blades, oil, filters, everything adjusted etc)
The problem just began the last few mowings, and is getting worse. Odd thing more, is that if I stop the mower it will at time work perfectly for ten minutes or so, then go right back to the same problem.
Any ideas or feedback?
