Sent e-mail to Bill of Parma,Mi. to see if he could help you in locating wire harness part number 1713500. Website is Simplicity Used Tractor Parts. Hopefully Bill will be able to locate harness. I included Spritnsky name in e-mail as well as Simplicity Lawn Tractor Forum so he can contact you. You might want to have all numbers, year, model number, engine numbers, deck size, etc. from your Landlord so you will be sure to get the correct harness. Simplicity does change part numbers as years go by. Hope this works out, Mark
