Should we get a PH testing for turning the the lawns into brown?

Hey,

My office was closed due to shutdowns and regulations here, during this period our office lawn has turned into brown. Should we get a PH testing, because what is the point of doing all that work and only have some grass germinate? If you can find out what our soil is lacking, and put it in the "ideal" lawn category, wouldn't anyone do the same? So I got a few suggestions from my friends for commercial landscaping companies nearby, but please share if you've more ideas and suggestions.

Not enough info on why it turned brown. Brown grass in the summer is usually due to not enough water and/or being cut too short.
