Should I buy this tractor?

It's 8 years old, model 917.272350. The ad says it runs and cuts great. It looks clean and well kept in the photo. He's asking $400. I'm also looking at a wheelhorse tractor and maybe a cub cadet. Will the Craftsman hold up well in rugged conditions? I have 20 acres of yard, pastures, and woods.

No, it will not hold up. First reason - a $400.00 tractor is already wore out. Second reason - you need a 8 ft. mower pulled by a 60 HP tractor.
