Hello,
I have a Shindawa T-27 String Trimmer. The trimmer will only run for a few seconds if I put a little gas directly into the carb, then die. So I know it has compression and spark. I took apart the carb and replaced a torn diaphragm and the overflow valve that had the rubber tip torn. Although the other gaskets looked good, I replaced them all since they were in the kit however the trimmer still wont run on it's own, only for a few seconds with gas poured directly into the carb.
Any suggestions on what else I should look for?
Thanks!

alot of times trimmers have problems with fuel lines have you changed them or looked at them to make sure there not broken or cracked cause they will suck air not fuel if they are

I actually took a piece of vacuum line and connected it directly to the carb and into the tank. Still nothing though.
Thanks for the reply.
