I have a MTD Bolens Model 13WC765F065 38 " Mower. When I set the parkibg brake, the tractor still moves. I can depress the brake pedal an additional 2 " and the mower will not move. It takes a lot os foot pressure to stop the mower when moving.

How do you adjust the brakes on this mower?
