Setting up the anti scalping wheels on an ZT HD44

I read the owners manual and bought a service manual, but see no procedure on exactly how to
set up the anti scalping wheels for the deck. I want to do this without taking it to a dealer.
Any advice appreciated!

You set the gauge wheels so they are just off the ground at your desired cutting height. Otherwords you don't want them touching except when needed.

Being it’s a Gravely, there should be two sets of holes. Set the bolts in the top holes for cutting 3” and lower. Set the bolts in the bottom holes for cutting above 3”.

Yep, 1/2” to 1” lower than the deck on the wheels.
