I feel like I been having starting issues with this forever, but always in the end was able to make it somehow start until now. I tried replacing the battery, but that is not the issue. I go to start it and it sometimes turns a little but then stops, if I hold it down too long the cylinder on the side of the motor (I'm guessing this is the stater?) starts to smoke.
Any ideas?
Edit: I removed the starter plug from the motor and it doesn't even spin. If the batter is charged and that is unplugged it can only mean a bad starter right?
