I took my carburetor off of my 1999 Scotts S1742 mower and can't remember how to but the linkage back on correctly.
I got the linkage correct. Gas is pouring out of the carburetor which would seem to be a needle that is stuck. Cleaned the carb but it still has gas flowing...
