i have a scotts 2348 mower that blows the fuse very time i try to ngage the blade. it was ok until i took off the deck and sharpened the blades. i cleaned out all the grass clippings around the belt and underneath the deck. the mower is turning free as can be, but still blowing fuses as fast as you can put them in. i have almost lost my religion over this. any help someone can give me on this?

Disconnect the clutch and then put the clutch switch on, does it blow the fuse..? if it does check the switch and wiring, if it doesn't replaced the clutch.
