I have a scott's 17hp 42" riding mower, when engage it , it won't go or do anything, when not engaged it runs but then will just stalls , my brother says one of the belts is slipping but he can't find out what is making it slip, the model # is scott's 17hp po63000a and the ID# is mo1742s063208, any help will be gretaly appreicated, thnaks
