Scag won't start pops fuse?

My scag tigercub won't start pops fuse when i try, new starter and solenoid, maybe key switch or bad fuse holder? anybody else have this happen?

I suggest that you post this in the Scag forum as you may get better response.
Not knowing your electrical expertise level makes it difficult for members to respond.
Which fuse blows, in the red wire of yellow wire?
Does it happen when you turn the keyswitch form the off position to the on position or when you turn it thru the on position to the start position?
