Anyone have any luck replacing the hydro fan without having to drop the zt-2900 transaxle? And advice for swapping the fan?

Haven't seen one of these walk behind ZTRs but from others I have seen they are really packed in there so removal of the whole unit is probably the only way to get to the fan/pulley setup.
