from everything I can read most people are dlaiming the Hustler X 1 rides better than the Scag STC52V-691FX
52 inch deck. It's been raining here so I can't demo one yet but from in store observation the Scag seems to have a more sophisticated suspension system on the seat. The hustler seemed simple and was essentially bolted in place. What do you think is driving the opinions on ride? Thanks
Perhaps it's more general ser experience as opposed to pure seat feel. The X1 has the Smooth Track steering and is very nice to control, giving a nice ride. I find Scag hydro systems 'grabby' so the get jostled a lot more. X1 seat can be upgraded.
