Scag Idle Arm Bearings 48224

My Turf Tiger was randomly throwing the deck belt. It doesn't do this with a new belt, but as high as it appears to be riding on the idler pulley, I'm guessing those idle bearing are due to be replaced. My question is, is there a better alternate brand/part than the original Scag part? And, it appears there are no bearing races to replace as these look to be stacked top/bottom sealed bearings? It it recommended to also replace the pulley? I just replaced the right Extention Weldment (which cracked) for the right caster and the races in that were a real pain to hammer into place.

The 48224 are 1623-RS bearings and 99502H bearing can subbed. These are radial ball bearings and not the cone type. Installation of either requires the drivings tool. Yes those cups are harder to install without the proper tools.
