Have issues starting my 2016 cheetah. Cranked and ran for a few seconds. Died and can’t restart. No fuel in fuel filter. Have 1/4 tank of fuel in each tank. Ran battery down trying to crank it. Do I have a charcoal canister problem?

If my Cheetah did that to me, I would suspect that it ran long enough to burn fuel in carb and stalled. It may not be getting fuel from the tanks. From there I would see where the fuel is stopping the flow to the carb. Sounds like it is not getting flow to the fuel filter. That narrows the search.
For me, I might take a shortcut. I might assume it set all winter and the carb float valve is stuck. A few light taps on the bottom of the carb with a wrench might jar free up the float valve.
My 2014 Cheetah does not have fuel injection. It always requires full choke for the first 10 seconds or so.
