safty issue

I have a simplicity tr/mwr-prestige 23h and it will start with cruise control engaged. This machine has the cruise control lever on the right side and it needs to be in neutral and the brake depressed to start. The engine will start without the brake being depressed and without the cruise control lever in neutral. I replaced both safety switches for the brake and cruise control but get the same result. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...

Model number off serial number tag pretty please...Got make sure you are using the correct switches so the part numbers of those installed is needed too.
