I'm thinking by the looks of this the only way to adjust tracking is to loosen the stop nut on the linkage rod and turn the large nut to lengthen or shorten the rod- does anyone else know of another way to adjust? Both trans track backwards when in neutral. Any advice appreciated. Thank you

Hi, start by placing steering levers in their neutral slot , then make sure that when you bring them together both levers are parallel with each other , if not adjust at the lever to bracket assy
1 on each side and tighten bolts, recheck levers parallel, raise rear wheels off the ground with a jack say 50 mm chock the front wheels, have someone sit on seat, place a black mark on each control rod so you can see it, unlock the lock nuts fr and rr on r/h Trans have assistant start engine and place levers at normal unlocked ready to drive position , turn control rod on r/h Trans either cw or ccw to shorten control rod length until wheel stops moving backward, stop , hold this position and tighten rod lock nuts repeat this procedure on l/h Trans unit this should get you back into neutral on both Trans , lower to ground, then it may only be a slight adjustment on l/h and r/h lever limit stops to the right and left of your seated position where steering levers are
