ryobi string trimmer ry34440 won;t start

ibought a brand new carb for it and it still won't start. put my finger over plyg hole. and it has comp. i tried adj the carb.
started at 1and a eighth turn, nothing. it seems the plug is not wet. so iam lost. ANY SUG.

Try to put a little fuel directly into the cylinder through the spark plug hole and see if it will pop. You need to figure out if you have a fuel or spark issue. If it is a fuel issue, the crankshaft seals may be your culprit.

A little doubtful it is crankshaft seals being a full blown 4 cycle unit. I hope it is either a valve adjustment or carburetor as these are a royal pain to repair otherwise.
