When I pull the starter rope, the engine acts like it's hydrolocked. This is not the problem, since I don't have the fuel tank mounted. I can remove the plug, and she spins freely. The tiller has always done this, some times worse than others. Anyone know what's going on? I understand this a common problem with these tillers.
