Ryobi 480EX RY48111 Riding Mower

Bought a Ryobi Riding mower (480EX) from M@C Discount. Has no power. I plugged the charger into the tractor and the green light was blinking fast at the input of the tractor. Turn the key, digital light does not light up, the headlights don't work and so forth. Checked all connections and all good. Trickle charged all batteries to 75% hoping that when I put the charger back in, it would charge fully. Kept blinking and still nothing at all from the tractor. The fuse is still good. Any suggestions or sequencing I can use to diagnose and get running. Thank you. -Dave
