Just wanted to tell everyone just for fun I warmed up an old 3.5hp mower that burned a little oil on gasoline and switched over to 100percent used car engine oil. After adjusting the mixture screw to the rich side it ran a treat to my amazement. I don't recommend this but just thought the idea was interesting. As a side note the spark plug fouled up so bad it died after about 30 minutes.

Just for fun try adding/mixing the oil into the gas at a measured rate to see at what ratio it would run. No one can say you under lubed the engine.

OK, so you've got a 3.5HP B&S engine that is a 4-stroke. And why would you want to mix motor oil with gasoline again?
