Rubber Drive Wheels (Not Plastic)

I am looking for rubber drive wheels for a Honda HRR216VKAA Self-Propelled Lawnmower.
The hard plastic ones wear smooth about half way through the second season.
Any suggestions?

Regrove them with a saw-z-all blade.

Use a soldering iron chisel tip.

Some folks recap them with mountain bike tires and a couple screws.

I have regrooved a couple of sets, but the tire itself is pretty thin so It wears out fairly quickly.

Your retread idea is worth exporting. I'll watch the video and I may give it a try.
