RTZ S54 Steering Sprocket Issue

My steering wheel brand Cub Cadet zero turn has one wheel that has separated from the steer sprocket. The gears don't appear to be worn that much, but the interlock between the steer sprocket and the wheel sprocket has never been tight. I dropped the wheel shaft down and re-aligned, but it doesn't rotate the same as the right side tire and and then becomes disconnected from the steer sprocket. There is some play in the wheel shaft bushings, but I see they don't sell just the bushings, but the entire front end assembly....imagine that. Haven't checked to see if I can separate yet. Am I missing something on this adjustment? I did not reload the shaft w/ grease as I was still working on it. but I don't think this would make the difference.....appreciate any insight...ThxRTZ Steering Sprocket.jpg
